Produkte
100%! Alle unsere Stücke sind aus 14-karätigem Gold gefertigt und niemals plattiert. Für unsere Flaggschiff-Kollektion verwenden wir graue Diamanten, schwarze Diamanten und Opale. Wenn Sie sie so pflegen, wie wir es empfehlen, werden Sie ewig Freude an ihnen haben.
Alle unsere Stücke werden von Goldschmieden aus Deutschland handgefertigt. In Kürze werden wir Sie in unsere Ateliers mitnehmen, damit Sie einen Blick auf den sorgfältigen Herstellungsprozess der Alma Stücke werfen können.
Wir beziehen unser Gold von … und unsere Steine und Diamanten aus … Während wir bescheinigen können, dass unsere Steine konfliktfrei sind und aus ethischen Quellen stammen, verfolgen wir derzeit die Herkunft unseres Goldes.

Versand
Unser Online-Shop bietet jetzt einen kostenlosen 2-3-tägigen Versand innerhalb Deutschlands an, unabhängig davon, was Sie bestellen.
1) Normal: (2-3 Tage): Immer kostenlos.
2) Express (1-2 Tage): Preis €
Sobald wir Ihre Bestellung erhalten, wird sie für den Versand bearbeitet. Alle Bestellungen, die nach 12 Uhr Mittags aufgegeben werden, werden am nächsten Tag bearbeitet. Sie erhalten eine E-Mail mit der Sendungsverfolgungsnummer, sobald die Ware auf dem Weg zu Ihnen ist.
Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at team@limnia.com and we will let you know where your package is.

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.
Returns & Exchanges
Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at team@bijoux.com.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.
We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.

You can drop it off at any USPS collection box, USPS post office or any FedEx store.
Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:
Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

At any time, you can view your order status on your My Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.
We only accept one promo code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
